Until I read this post I did not realize there was a 745km pipeline, highly exposed to both Iranian strikes and Houthi operations, carrying 12% of the Gulf's oil supply. Fantastic.
The Houthis targeted Yanbu with long-range drones in 2019 and Iran has repeatedly fired missiles at the port, including one that hit a refinery two days ago. So maybe “as far from” isn’t far enough.

The Saudi pipeline goes straight through the waist of the country, so it is as far from the Houthis and the Iranians as they could locate it.
